PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.
Cancellation terms:
More than (and including) 180 days before departure date - 10% of the deposit amount paid
179 days up to, and including, 91 days before departure date - 50% of the total cost of your booking
90 days and up to, and including, 57 days before departure date - 75% of the total cost of your booking
Less than, and including, 56 days before departure date - 100% of the total cost of the vacation
Charters start at 3:00p.m and return to base at 6:00 pm the night before disembarkation. Disembarkation is at 9:00 AM the following morning.
