MANDATORY EXTRAS

Refundable Damage Deposit:
- Monohulls under 44 feet = $1,000
- Monohulls 45+ feet and catamarans under 45 fee = $2,000
- Catamarans 44+ feet and all proficiency level 4 yachts = $3,000

Cruising Permit: $14 per person per charter

Liability Insurance:
$1.00 per foot per day for monohulls under 45 feet
$1.50 per foot per day for monohulls 45 feet and over and all catamarans

Fuel: Guests pay for diesel used - estimate $15 per day

Skipper: $205/day plus meals & gratuity
Instructional Skipper: $215/day plus meals & gratuity
Cook: $175/day plus meals & gratuity
Crew/Heckhand: $105/day plus meals & gratuity
Deluxe Full Provisioning: $35/person/day
Deluxe Partial Provisioning: $30/person/day
Customized Provisioning: At cost plus handling fee
Starter Provisioning Pack: $40 for 4 guests
Sleep-aboard: $50 per person to a maximum of half of the daily rate (not available after 5 p.m.)Stand Up Paddle Boards: $15/day
2-Man Kayak: $20/day
Fishing Rod: $15/day

One Way Charters - Drop Off:
Grenada - $1,200; Union Island - $900; Canouan - $650; Bequia - $350

PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment Terms:
50% of invoice total to confirm charter.
Final payment 45 days prior.

Cancellation Terms:
Nonrefundable unless Barefoot cancellation insurance is purchased (7% of charter fee), then:
Cancel 120 days prior - full refund less $300 fee
Cancel 45 days or more prior - 50% of paid charter fee
Cancel 45 day or less prior - No refund

Charters start and end at noon.

Purchased Sleep aboard starts the night before your charter boarding no later than 7 p.m.

Located at Blue Lagoon Marina at the southern end of St. Vincent and around 20-25 minutes drive from the airport. Taxi fare is $6 per person (minimum 4-person charge). Transfers may be pre-arranged.

Airport Departure Tax: $40 per person.
