PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.

Cancellation terms:

More than (and including) 180 days before departure date - 10% of the deposit amount paid
179 days up to, and including, 91 days before departure date - 50% of the total cost of your booking
90 days and up to, and including, 57 days before departure date - 75% of the total cost of your booking
Less than, and including, 56 days before departure date - 100% of the total cost of the vacation

Charters start at 3:00 pm and end at 9:00 am.

Transfers
It is recommended that clients make their own way to the base by catching a taxi from the airport. The one-way trip (from the airport) to the base costs from 75 SCR to 100 SCR (approx. 12€ - 15€). Max 4 pax with luggage. No reservation is necessary. Taxis are always available at the Airport.

The transfer takes approx. 5 minutes. Sunsail can organize your transfer to the base for groups of up to 12 people.

A public bus service operates on Mahé, Praslin and La Digue. Buses are frequent and fares are between 3SR and 5SR. Inter-island ferries run between Mahé and La Digue and Praslin. Day excursion boats also run from Mahé to the two main islands which can also carry passengers on one-way trips.
