PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS

Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.

Cancellation terms:
More than (and including) 180 days before departure date - 10% of the deposit amount paid
179 days up to, and including, 91 days before departure date - 50% of the total cost of your booking
90 days and up to, and including, 57 days before departure date - 75% of the total cost of your booking
Less than, and including, 56 days before departure date - 100% of the total cost of the vacation

Charters start at 12:00 pm and end at 11:00 a.m.

Three ways to get to St. Martin:

Located at The Moorings Mariner Yacht Services Marina Fort-Luis  Baie de Marigot Marigot 97150, Saint Martin

1. Fly to St. Maarten’s Princess Juliana International Airport; take a taxi to the base; distance is approximately 20 minutes
2. Fly to St. Martin’s Grand Case Airport (in Grand Case, French side); take a taxi to the base; distance is approximately 20 minutes.
3. Take a ferry from Anguilla to Marigot Port, capitol of the French side of St. Martin. (Every 30 min. From St.Barths to Marigot daily 7:30 am, 11:30 am and 5:00 pm

Transfer cost: $35 for 1-3 pax and additional $10 for 4 pax and beyond.
