MANDATORY EXTRAS
Nonrefundable Yacht Damage Waiver: $55 to $125/day per day (dependent on yacht type and size)
Refundable Security Deposit: $513 to $2,038 (dependent on yacht type and size)
BVI Cruising tax: $4/person/day
National Parks Trust Permit: $25, $35, $45, $55 (depending on the number of passenger)
VISAR: $2 per person
Payable to Customs:
Departure tax: $20 departure tax, $5 for under 6 years old
Fuel: $17 to $50 per day (dependent on yacht type and size)
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
Skipper: $259/day plus meals, $35/day
Cook: $259/day plus meals, $35/day
Wifi Service: $245/week
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS
Payment terms:
50% of vacation total upon booking. Final balance due within 90 days.
Cancellation terms:
More than (and including) 180 days before departure date - 10% of the deposit amount paid
179 days up to, and including, 91 days before departure date - 50% of the total cost of your booking
90 days and up to, and including, 57 days before departure date - 75% of the total cost of your booking
Less than, and including, 56 days before departure date - 100% of the total cost of the vacation
Charters start at 6 p.m. and end at 11:00 a.m.

Terrance B. Lettsome International Airport (EIS) – Please note that you will be required to pay a $10 USD tourist tax in cash upon arrival. You will need to keep your receipt for the remainder of your stay.
Cyril E. King International Airport (STT) – You will need to take the Road Town Fast Ferry into Road Town, Tortola. The other 2 ferries providing service from St. Thomas are Native Son Ferry and Smith's Ferry. They alternate schedules depending on the day of the week.
For your convenience, you may purchase your ferry tickets or a combination of ferry/taxi tickets in advance of your charter. The distance is approximately 60 min by ferry transfer. Reservations can be make directly with the Ferry Companies
