CREW GRATUITY: The prices do not include a tip for your crew. It’s customary to tip your crew at the end of the charter, the standard for good service is 10%-15% of the charter fee.

Captain: Konstantinos Mavrogiannis
Captain Konstantinos, born in 1992 in the coastal city of Volos, brings a wealth of experience and a diverse skill set to his role. In 2021, he assumed his first position as skipper, navigating various types of yachts with great seamanship and fast learning skills. Beyond the sea, Konstantinos is a versatile individual, engaging in calisthenics for physical prowess, cycling for exploration, open water diving for aquatic adventures, and snowboarding in the winter. His commitment to physical fitness and outdoor adventures reflects a dynamic personality, perfectly complementing the dynamic nature of life at sea. He is safety-oriented, adaptable, and highly professional. Fluent in both Greek and English, Captain Konstantinos not only commands the seas but also fosters effective communication with crew and guests alike, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable sailing experience.
Cook/Hostess: Maria Konstantopoulou
Maria, born in 1969, has had a dynamic and varied career, transitioning through numerous roles throughout her life from secretary to assistant hotel manager, hotel manager, and finally to cook/hostess on charter yachts. Her rich professional background is complemented by a degree in marketing and accounting, and she is fluent in Greek and English, with basic proficiency in Italian. Maria’s passion for cooking, coupled with her creativity and organizational skills, ensures she delivers high-standard service in every culinary and hospitality endeavor. Her dedication to excellence and her ability to adapt and thrive in diverse roles make her an invaluable asset to the captain on Andare Avanti , where she continually enhances the guest experience with her expertise and enthusiasm.
