CAPTAIN:
Cristian PALA, he is a tireless worker, very fond of yachting, sea and cooking as well. He is a very practical person, and always looking at new challenges. He never gives back in front of any emergency or any type of problem. Certified Master, but also Carpenter, Electrician, and Owner of a small shipyard. He is a 360 degree boating lover, and in the charter market he realised his dream, linking passion and work. He is married with Maria Laura, First Mate and Chief Engineer: they work together since the first day they met, and they are married since 10 years. They are a perfect team, fully trusting each other and understanding between them just with a single sight.
Cristian is a fantastic Chef, dedicating a lot of care to the selection of healthy and fresh ingredients, but also to their presentation. Your clients will be surprised by the quality of the cuisine and by the great choice of recipes he is able to prepare on a 23 mt yacht!
CHIEF ENGINEER and FIRST MATE:
Maria Laura VOSPELI, she is an unbelievable person, sunny and timeless worker. She is an eclectic person, able to do any type of electronic and electric work (electronic Engineering Graduation) and is a Master as well (MCA 200 GT). Bartender, looking after your clients in any moment of relax, but also a strong and experienced sailor, She has more than 10 years of professional navigation experience and always ready to face new work experiences. In addition to having International qualifications for command, she is a swimming instructor, a lifeguard assistant, experienced waitress and bartender. She has been working in different industries, from tourism environment to engineering fields.
Julia, from Ukraine, is at her third season on MORGANE. Silent, hardworker, she is an extraordinary housekeeping, always available to satisfy clients’ needs. She was on MORGANE also with the previous Owner, before the great refit. Faithful and trustworthy person.
