He began building toward his career at an early age by working in local marinas and boats absorbing as much knowledge as he could. Fast forward to day and Dimitris has many successful years under his belt. He has an adventurous spirit and He delivers enthusiasms which connects very well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As a very organised captain He works closely with his guests to make sure that all their needs are met and he takes great pride in providing tailor made yacht cruise experiences for you. In his downtime he enjoys outdoor activities including kiteboarding, biking and snow skiing

Sakis is an experienced a professional chef. He worked in numerous restaurants and 5-stars hotels establishments in Greece, where he gained extensive experience in kitchen management, running the pass, staff training, stock control and product development. He is excited to take his career to the next level with a charter season on board M/Y ULISSE. Sakis specializes in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine and always he cooks with fresh ingredients.
